The main business scope of this customer is to provide mechanical equipment maintenance and parts replacement for ports. After some conversation, the customer said that the reason for the interruption of the cooperation was because of a cheaper supplier, but because our products are of better quality, they will purchase 8 3 ton overhead cranes this time.
Before the formal communication began, the customer first sent three drawings of the workshop, and stated that in order to save freight, the crane main beam will not be included in the purchase. After customer sending more detailed drawings, it was judged as QDX by the hoist. Therefore, the plan was modified to 3t QDX.
