The crane is used to lift valve production and maintenance. The maximum weight is 15ton and normally 5ton, lifting height 6m, warehouse width 15m, double speed. They have intermittent work some days they will not move. When busy they will possibly work 4 hours in 8.
According to client’s requirements, here is our design suggestion: one set of single girder overhead crane 5ton, span 14meters, lifting height 6meters, double speed and one set of single girder overhead crane 15ton, span 14meters, lifting height 6meters, double speed. These two cranes traveling on the same rail. We fully meets client’s requirements and improve their working efficiency.

When customizing the overhead crane, the customer specially emphasized the lifting speed. Valve is a kind of precision product. Double speed is required to ensure smooth lifting. Only double speed hoist can meet the requirements, and the cost performance is higher. Therefore, after hearing the customer's demand, we recommended to the customer to use the double speed hoist on the overhead crane.
