I. Overview

This crane is primarily used in metallurgical and foundry applications to lift molten metal or other high-temperature heavy objects.   • High-Temperature Environment Adaptability: The motor utilizes H-class insulation, and the wire rope is specially designed for high-temperature resistance.

Hoisting Mechanism

  • Braking System: Dual-brake design, with the safety brake automatically activated if the primary brake fails.
  • Limit Protection: Dual rise limiters to prevent wire rope overwinding.

Operating Mechanism

  • Trolley Motor: YDE series (specific power unspecified), trolley motors: ZD21-4-0.8 kW x 2.
  • Reducer: Smooth transmission, noise ≤ 85 dB, leak-proof seals.

Electrical System

  • Operation: Remote or ground control, in compliance with GB6067-2010 safety regulations.
  • Conductor Bar: 15 mm² high-strength safety conductor bar for metallurgy applications.

IV. Safety and Quality Control

Materials and Manufacturing

  • The drum material and welding quality must comply with national standards. The wire rope must be specially designed for high-temperature resistance.

Protective Design

  • The entire machine is protected against high-temperature radiation. The electric hoist has an operating level of ≥M6.
