II. Load Calculation

  1. Vertical Load
    • Deadweight Load: Weight of the main beam, outriggers, and trolley (for similar models, the main beam deadweight is approximately 554.1kN, and the trolley deadweight is approximately 8kN).
    • Lifting load: Main hook 160t (1600kN), auxiliary hook 32t (320kN).
  2. Horizontal load
    • Wind load: Calculated based on outdoor operating conditions, with a wind pressure of 250N/m². The wind-exposed area is determined based on the projected area of ​​the main beam and cargo.
    • Inertial load: Horizontal force generated by acceleration, calculated according to GB/T 3811.

III. Structural Design and Verification

  1. Main beam design
    • Cross-sectional characteristics: Use a box beam with a cross-sectional height of approximately 1.1m. Calculate the centroid position and moment of inertia.
    • Strength verification:
      • Bending stress: σmax = M/W ≤ [σ] (allowable stress for Q235 steel: 140MPa).
      • Shear stress: τ = F/A ≤ [τ].
    • Stiffness verification:
      • Vertical static deflection ≤ Lk/800 (allowable 35mm for a 28m span).
  2. Outrigger Design
    • Calculate as a rigid outrigger and verify compression-bending stability, taking into account the combination of axial force and bending moment.
  3. Cantilever Verification (if applicable):
    • Static stiffness ≤ L1/350 (cantilever length dependent).

IV. Mechanism Selection and Calculation

  1. Hoisting Mechanism
    • Motor Power: P = (Q·v)/(6120η), main hook power approximately 55kW (η=0.85, v=2m/min).
  2. Operating Mechanism
    • Maximum Trolley Wheel Pressure: Calculated based on the load combination, approximately 227.5kN/wheel for similar models.
    • Motor Power: P = (F·v)/(6120η), where F is the operating resistance (including friction and wind resistance).

V. Stability Verification

  1. Anti-overturning stability
    • Verify according to GB/T 3811 for four operating conditions (static load without wind, dynamic load with wind, etc.).
  2. Foundation Verification
    • The track foundation bearing capacity must meet the wheel load requirements; a recommended foundation bearing capacity of ≥150 kPa is recommended.

VI. Other Verifications

  1. Electrical System: Control voltage 48V, power supply 380V/50Hz.
  2. Safety Devices: Limiters, windbreak anchors, etc., comply with GB/T 14406 requirements.
