El aislamiento de la grúa de arriba es ampliamente utilizado en la fundición talleres de electrolítico de metales no ferrosos, aluminio y magnesio. Este aislamiento de la grúa de arriba está constituido por el cuadro de tipo principal de la viga de la grúa que viaja mecanismo, la carretilla y de las partes eléctricas.

To prevent the current passing through the lifting mechanism to the crane and threatening the operator's life, parts of the insulation overhead crane are protected by insulation treatment. Insulation overhead crane work level is heavy duty, so the main lifting is equipped with dual braking in order to ensure safe production.

(1) En General

(2) Cuerpo Principal

De la viga doble, soldadura de viga cajón, camber cumplir con la norma nacional;
Adopt high quality carbon steel, Q235B or Q345B; (similar as Fe37 or Fe 52);
Mainwelding submerged are welded automatically, nondestructive flaw detection;
The trolley consisted with motor, reductor de, brake, coupling, the wheel, drum;
No asbestos brake pad or brake block, insert the card installed, safe and reliable;
The speed reducer has hard-toothed surface, compact structure, durable;
End girder is matched with rail buffer and rail clearance device;

(4) Los Dispositivos De Protección

Outdoor crane are equipped with lifting mechanism, electrical control box and rainproof devices;
Set the trolley trip spacing device, anti-collision device;
Audible and visual alarm device;
And set platform, cover and protecting barriers.

(5) Operation Device
