Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, is more than 4000 kilometers away from Tianjin, China, which is also linked by the "Luban": the first Luban workshop in Central Asia jointly built by colleges and universities of the two countries has become a platform for vocational education exchanges between the two countries, and a technical post in the tower has been built on the "the Belt and Road".

According to reports from China News Agency and Xinhua News Agency, the venue was built in 86 days, the transportation of items was completed in 17 days, and 377 sets of teaching equipment and 84 teaching resources were donated... A series of numbers witnessed the willingness of Tazhong to jointly build a technical post station.

"As an international people to people and cultural exchange platform, Luban Workshop serves the construction of the 'the Belt and Road' and helps partner countries achieve common development." Li Qingbin, the Chinese head of the Taluban Workshop project, said, "We share China's vocational and technical education experience with the world through this workshop, and cultivate more high-quality skilled talents who serve local development."

In various forms of communication, teachers and students from both schools have enhanced friendship and identification. Li Qingbin said, "We are a screw on the 'the Belt and Road', and we are riveting each other's friendship".

Ta Tech University President Davlatzoda pointed out that as an international exchange platform for vocational education, Luban Workshop provides comprehensive opportunities for local youth.

We have gained rich cooperation experience. Through joint efforts, we will build the Taruban Workshop into a leading center for cultivating skilled talents, "said Davlatzoda.

In March 2022, Tianjin Urban Construction Management Vocational and Technical College and Tajikistan University of Technology began collaborating to build the Tajikistan Luban Workshop, which was put into use in November of the same year. The workshop has a construction area of 1138 square meters, with urban thermal energy application technology and engineering measurement technology as collaborative majors. It has a green energy training center and an intelligent surveying and mapping training center teaching area, equipped with bilingual textbooks, training teaching equipment, and information technology teaching resources.
