I need to purchase 2 sets of overhead cranes recently. What should I pay attention to when selecting the type and supplier of overhead cranes?

Pay more attention to crane quality;

Consider the price carefully without ignore the quality;

Get some information or advice from professional person or the persons who have bought a crane before.

It doesn't need much professional knowledge to choose and buy bridge cranes, but you need to correct your own ideas. Many enterprises are prone to make some conceptual mistakes when purchasing bridge cranes, which eventually leads to many inconveniences for enterprises. So here I will talk with you about the conceptual mistakes that are easy to occur when buying bridge cranes.

1 The lower the price, the better

Price is a point that buyers value more. After all, it is also a big expense. There are also some customers who know little about cranes and think that cranes can be used as long as they can, but they do not know that low-cost cranes bring high maintenance costs. We do not suggest that the more expensive the better, but we should meet our own production needs and determine the crane configuration according to the frequency of use.

2 Wrong requirements

Generally, a 5 ton bridge crane can use P24 rail, but some customers require P30 rail. There is no problem using P30 track, but this increases the cost of equipment. Not all parts should be bigger. The key is to be just right. The quality of the crane is mainly reflected in the performance of the electric hoist and the electrical system, which are usually unknown to the buyers, which requires mutual trust.
