Data obtained from China Customs shows that in 2021, Turkey imported various types of crane equipment from China worth US$66.235 million, an increase of 80.99% from the total import value of US$36.594 million in 2020. According to data from the Ministry of Commerce of China, from January to December 2021, the trade volume between China and Turkey was US$34.23 billion, a year-on-year increase of 42.2%. Among them, China's export to Turkey was US$29.19 billion, a year-on-year increase of 43.5%; its import from Turkey was US$5.04 billion, a year-on-year increase of 35.1%. Turkey's rapid growth in demand for cranes gives us some hope for its future economic growth.

From the time line, cranes are purchased in March, July and November. During the peak period, the monthly import value of other months is less than half of the peak period.
