This client is a coal mining service company located in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, providing equipment and labor for the mining, civil and construction industries in Australia.

The initial demand of the customer is two 25t double beam gantry cranes with a span of 20m and a lifting height of 7m. The purpose of purchasing the gantry crane is to repair and maintain the coal mine machinery and equipment in the workshop. After analyzing the information provided by the customer, our engineers believe that the total height of the gantry crane in the customer's plant is limited, and the lifting height can not meet the customer's requirements. On this basis, we recommend the customer to use the low headroom hoist to make the crane design more reasonable.
