豪州 is rich in mineral resources and has a high demand for cranes. It has been ten years since Dongqi sold cranes in the Australian market and served more than 100 customers. Recently we received an order request from Australia. This client is a coal mining service company located in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, providing equipment and labor for the mining, civil and construction industries in Australia.

After receiving the customer's inquiry request, we summarized the customer's requirements for the crane(Parameters of 25t single beam ガントリークレーン):

The initial demand of the customer is two 25t double beam gantry cranes with a span of 20m and a lifting height of 7m. The purpose of purchasing the gantry crane is to repair and maintain the coal mine machinery and equipment in the workshop. After analyzing the information provided by the customer, our engineers believe that the total height of the gantry crane in the customer's plant is limited, and the lifting height can not meet the customer's requirements. On this basis, we recommend the customer to use the low headroom hoist to make the crane design more reasonable.

Suggestions for purchasing gantry crane

If the lifting capacity of the gantry crane is too large, it is recommended to confirm with the technicians whether the single beam gantry crane can be made. If so, it is best to use the single beam gantry crane
Whether the gantry crane needs external suspension and the placement position of the lifted goods need to be clear, which will affect the influence of the limit of the left and right hooks on the lifted goods
When the gantry crane is generally used indoors, pay attention to confirm the total height of the plant and the requirements for lifting, which will affect the direction of the design scheme. If it is outdoor, the lifting height of the gantry crane is too high. It is necessary to confirm whether the lifting height includes the underground height in advance.
