Double trolley 天井クレーン is a ダブルガーダクレーン equipped with two trolleys, which can work simultaneously or separately. They are mainly used to lift long and big loads or sets of loads with two long distance lifting points. The lifting capacity of the double trolley overhead crane is 5 ton to 400 ton, and the work class is A5 and A6.

(1)一般

(2)本体

ダブルガーダー、溶接ボックスビーム、キャンバーズ国立標準
を採用し質の高い炭素鋼、Q235BはQ345B;(類似していFe37Fe52);
浸漬された本溶接は、非破壊探傷により自動的に溶接されます。
トローリーから構成され、モーターの減速機ブレーキ、カップリング、ホイール、ドラム;
アスベストブレーキパッドやブレーキブロックは使用せず、カードを挿入して取り付け、安全で信頼性が高くなります。
減速機は硬い歯の表面、コンパクトな構造、耐久性を備えています。
エンドガーダーはレールバッファーおよびレールクリアランスデバイスと一致します。
クレーン保護等級はIP54またはIP44です。
F グレードの絶縁、効果的なブレーキ、長寿命。

(3)電気システム

電気ボックスのレイアウトは、簡単に修理
セキュリティトロリーラインまたは山形鋼トロリーライン。
外部ケーブルを搭載マーク番号
トロリー移動の電力はフラットケーブルから供給されます。
導体はI鋼またはC形の摺動線です。
安全なタッチラインの導電率は高く、低圧です。
電動タクシーの設定速度は高速です。
リフティングとクレーンは独立して制御でき、別々にまたは一緒に実行することもできます。

(4) 保護装置

屋外クレーンには昇降機構、電気制御ボックス、防雨装置が装備されています。
トロリートリップ間隔装置、衝突防止装置を設定します。
可聴および視覚的な警報装置。
そしてプラットフォーム、カバー、保護バリアを設置します。

(5)操作装置

地上制御と客室制御。
特殊キャビンのためのクレーン又はカプセルのドライバームーションで快適な操作;
ケーブルにはオープンスタイルとクローズスタイルがあり、左右に固定できます。
オープン方向には、エンドオープン、サイドオープン、またはトップオープンが含まれます。
キャビンには特別な小部屋とカプセルキャビンがあります。
地上管制は、取り扱いリモコンなを設定する必要がある特別なドライバ;
ユーザーは必要に応じて選択できます。
